Very Bad service and *********** people.

I would give MWEB -5 stars if I could. Firstly customer complaints don't mean **** to them they couldn't be bothered. They just don't respond. Secondly I had my connection set up 2 days before the end of the month and I was charged. Now I'm without internet for 2 days and I still have to pay those 2 days lekker neh? Eventually after getting hold of MWEB they said a SMS would be sent if the issue was resolved.The SMS came and guess what? Still no internet and I depend on it to make an income. I want compensation for my days without internet connection. Call me ***
