Very Bad Service and holding on for ever and nobody gets back to you.

I have tried to get hold of MWeb since the end off Feb to cancel my service. eventually I kept record since the 18th March. Ref no MWB***0 and MWB***6 via email. I spoke to a Wayne and Jason after holding on each time for more that 20minutes. To date nobody came back to me. All I want is proof that I signed a contract as I opt for month to month and Mweb staff keep on telling me there is a contract, but have not been able to send me the contract. I also want the recording. I don't need unlimited data.
