Very bad service and experience shame. Aycha its very very frustrating

Very bad service. Previously had a fibre connection and account with webafrica and just need to be activated on a new account with MWEB. I have logged numerous calls and they keep getting closed without me actually getting the service that I need. Started the process last year and still to-date my account is NOT ACTIVATED. this has been 1 of the most frustrating experience for me ever.
