Very BAD service

I've been having problems with these people and they don't seem to care. Finally after getting my router installed after 4 months of making payment. Now they didn't debit and yet they were so quick to cut off my WiFi, I'm trying to make payment now and I'm experiencing more problems. They say "you can chat for help" but it's a robot and obviously these things are programmed to reply a certain way for certain things. Now I'm chasing them to pay them, their consultants are not helpful, I finished R50 airtime waiting to be transferred. Honestly no one should be using these guys.
