Very bad service

my emails have not worked since 6th Nov 11am I have spent 4.5 hrs on the phone and have used up all my airtime trying to sort it out they keep on saying it has been escalated to a technician but nothing happens !!!!!!!!!!!!! now I want to cancel my service and my call drops while waiting in the que. worst customer service ever… this is not acceptable
