Very Bad Service!!!!

I am very dissatisfied with the service. I have logged 2 queries via the MWEB.apk and no reply thus far. My first query was just logged of! The query is about my package. I got a statement saying I am due to pay R1000+ for June + July LTE usage. But when they sold this package to me I was told that my first 2 months is free! My ref for my query is MWB***8 I hope this get sorted quickly. I even have requested a call back. Its been 2 freaking weeks and still no feedback! I will not recommend using their service. If I knew this I would have made use of another business.
