Very bad service

I have been trying to contact the contact center for about two weeks with help to my query. I get put through from one department to next and the my calls get cut. I have been hold twice this morning, both calls get cut and I have just been on hold for 16 minutes. Teach you call center staff how to help customers. Disgusting
