very bad customer service from mweb

very bad customer service but they happy to recieve monthly premium and take thier customrs as a joke when they have problems i have more than three weeks without internet called a report the problem they will send some to come and have a look till today they dont even bother to call and explain i have to call them everytme such i have taken a decision not to bother with them i will look for better services some were else and i will personally remove that system of them my self because they taking for a joke makes empty promises payed my monthly premium but am not getting services
