VERY ANNOYING AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Bad service

I have been calling and holding on for 2 hrs and each time I am caller number 6/7 forever which means they are service the same person for 2 hrs. I was using MTN Lte uncapped and asked them to move me to Telkom LTE and cancel the MTN LTE now they are billing me for both lines and I cannot get hold of anyone to resolve this.
