Verly slow activation
<p>I am really disapointed in ordering my uncapped 2mps ADSL product at R229 from mweb. I ordered my landline from telkom and 2 days later they informed me about installation, Saturday my landline was up and running, i placed my order with MWEB friday already to speed things up a little, The telkom installer told me that the landline is already ADSL ready i must just arrange with a ISP to get it up and running, according to him it is a very simple process, upon quering my order with MWEB i was told the order is going to be replaced, so now i have to wait another 15 days all over. I spoke to a diffarent ISP and they appear to be cheaper, no prorata costs, aswell as instant activation? I really am not going to wait for 15 days to get internet as this was the service i expected from telkom. Please help me get this up and running ASAP.. Thanks.</p>
