Utter,poor service Mweb

I need to cancel my contract,mweb send me e link, but system doesn't allow me,now mweb says thy would contact me,pls,a week later no response,I could phone them,but to hang on for 30 min plus Super **** worst service I ever had. But take NOTE,After contract term,my payments stop
