UTTERLY USELESS MWEB

Good Day

I have used mweb for years, but it has got progressively worse to the point where it is totally dysfunctional! Your helpline is no good either. I have to hold for ages then get hold of a dolt on the other end. Last time it took over an hour for one of your idiots to lead me up the garden path. At the end of the call I was no better off than when I started. I am now going to cancel my contract as I have a gmail account. Thank goodness one now has options! I have read complaints about mweb all over the internet: facebook and Hello Peter. You just don't give a damn and never even try.
