Utterly Poor Service!!

I Subsribed for a Wifi Special wich MWEB is currently advertising,i have filled in all the details they requested and paid a Joining fee wich they requested. Its now 7 days and no one from MWEB has made contact with me regarding the Instalation. If the service are already like this then i dont want to know what it will be comming the future where there is Isues with the Wifi Connectivity etc etc.
