Utter terrible service for email protocols.

I have to leave a comment here. I’ve found mwebs service to be absolutely **** moved over to axxess because mweb was *********** to keep my line speed stable at any given time. Unfortunately still have an email address attached with them for business purposes and phoning to get the correct server info is a mission need to jump through countless loops to verify info all I needed was the server details for the pop3 and smtp since the emails aren’t being sent out. Logging onto their website ive found multiple different server info which is all incorrect so now how must one effectively trouble shoot if one phones and waits on the line for a half hour for a simple resolve. Mwebs overall service with the adsl line and this has put a serious bitter taste in my mouth. I’ll never support or recommend anyone to them and the business we run has been with mweb since dial up days.
