Utter Incompetence of Mweb/Openserve

My internet has been down since the 23 Dec 2020. This was due to repairs done on a cable on the street which was not completed. Since then we are trying to get the problem resolved. Two technicians called yesterday but could not fix it. They have reported that the person who left this job incomplete needs to come and fix it. Apparently there is no one on duty to come and complete the work which was left hanging. This has been a frustrating ordeal. We have no internet during a crucial period. I am paying for a service which does not work and have been severely prejudiced. Extreme loss of business on my side.
