My fibre has been out for basically the entire easter weekend....

I phoned and your people on the phone are just as useless ass a turd....

So, here is the deal, fix this.... or i cancel the debit order and we can take it to court....

listen to my "this call is recorded for quality purposes" when i signed up....

i clearly stated that ill pay for the UPTIME....

So, end of this month.... i expect a smaller bill hey....

You upped the monthly cost with 12.5% (4 times the inflation rate) and the service is down the toilet....

seems ill have to shop around again
