USELESS WITH INSTRUCTIONS

I am disgusted. MWEB are bunch of hypocrites that lie to you and hide things from the couriers. They failed to give the couriers a simple instruction and now I am not able to get my delivery... USELESS service prover. If MWEB knows what's good for them and their business from a loyal customer, they'll call me!
