Useless warranty on Mweb provided Routers

As of today, my Huawei B312 router is not working properly, contacted Mweb via messenger about the warranty period, the rude person responding stated that there is only a 6 month warranty on the router, but it clearly states in Mweb's t&c's, Section 5, sub section 5.1, that the product is subject to the manufacturers warranty, Huawei's Warranty clearly states that there is a 12 month warranty on all their products, so then why am I being told that the warranty is only 6 months where your t&C's tell a whole different story. Your agents responses are in contravention with your own terms and conditions. Your staff needs to be clear about what is said in the terms and conditions as I was told that (who ever helped me) that he or she is not sure if the terms and conditions state the length of the warranty.
