Useless Twitter page, and I’m never connected

Waste of my money, The Whole of last week been trying to get thru asking for my statement and I contacted your Twitter page they ignored me no one answered me on top of that I’m unable to get internet I have been struggling the whole of the month I pay almost R500 and I’m NEVER HAPPY I’m never connected and your Twitter page is useless, and NO ONE ever answers their calls this is annoying
