Useless services
Upgraded my Wi-Fi to 30mps but still no connection . You hold almost an hour on their call worst part is the live chat where no one responds especially if you need technical assistance.

22 Apr 2026, 08:28Hi Vuyelwa, we understand how frustrating this is, especially after upgrading and still not having a working connection, along with the delays in getting through to support. The upgrade has been completed on your profile. To restore your connection, please restart your LTE router by switching it off for a few minutes and then powering it back on. This allows the new package to apply correctly. Once restarted, check that the router shows signal and try reconnecting your devices to the WiFi. If the connection still doesn’t come through after this, please share what lights or status you’re seeing on the router so this can be guided further without delay. Kind regards,
