USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER! ZERO SUPPORT! ZERO INTEREST! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

DO NOT USE MWEB. I've spent copious amounts of airtime holding the line for the technical support team. I have numerous closed queries without resolve. No responses on email.

I've been struggling with my connection since DECEMBER 2022, NO ONE has assisted me since then. I've done numerous testing, numerous diagnostic and the signal is 100% but their ISP line is ******ed. I have no idea what to do anymore as I cannot get through to them. Hopefully installing fibre soon. I am against using MWEB 100%. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SERVICE RATHER GO WITH ANYONE ELSE
