Useless service provider that doesnt care about their clients

Asked them to phone me for a whole ****** week, then on the friday they informed me that they had the wrong number... After a whole week? Thats just useless service. I wanted to change my address and now its been a weekend without internet that I have to pay for and have to explain to my jib why I couldnt do weekend shift... Because of this useless service provider. Now I am trying to cancel my subscribtion and would you guess... They take their time with that also. Seems like the bigger a place grows the more uslmeless they become with the clients that has supported them all the way.
