Useless service provider!! Technicians cant help . You be on hold for a Hour or more and still no help

I have serious issue with the seevice im getting at Mweb!! My wifi gives problems every week and now they cant assist me because they need to send their technicians in 6 working days which is nonsense !!! I work from home and do my school work using the wifi. I have contacted them until my airtime finishes when i went to the office to call them . They cant assist because im not home Nonsense! Gave their number to my sister to call while home they still couldnt assist because its not her account! What kind of service is that? You be on hold for an hour but they cant help you!! I have had the same issue previously and it took them days to come sort out the issue. I will be not continuing using this kinda **** service at all i will cancell your service and get a better brand that knows how to assist their customers! Firstly i watch tv using wifi! So i have no tv nothing at the moment this is sickness!! Now i have to go back to work and i cant even submitt my schoolwork yet i have a service provider that i paid for?? If this thing doesnt get sorted by tomorrow i am forced to leave the brand that has lack of service to its customers!!
