Useless service provider

Mweb just continues to amaze me with poor service, when I try and access my account via my laptop it continues to advise me that my account/email address is incorrect, yet I receive an SMS confirming the details which I use it still continues saying that it is incorrect. I then go onto the app and enter the same details and can access my account details. This is exactly the same service I get when I have to reboot the router at minimum 5 time a night when trying to stream via the TV. This problem has been so for at least the past 5 months, I have given up logging queries as their technical guys merely tell me to reboot the router and have no other solution. Fortunately, I will be moving to the Western Cape at the end of September 2023 and will most definitely not use them ever again. This is the second time i feel compelled to warn potential users to stay away from Mweb.
