useless service from mweb

If i could give a negative 5 star rating i would, please if you reading this do not apply with mweb for fiber. i app**** in may for fiber the installation only took place yesterday 08/07/21 my line was activated on the 08/07/21 and i have not received a router as yet. i called the sales department and asked if i could get put on to the new package because i had to get a internet connection while waiting for delayed mweb. i was told no you cant because even if mweb takes long to install there is nothing i can do, it also states on their website that it will take 14 days to install, they have already sent me a bill even though i do not have a router i was told i can not speak to a manager because they wont help me and u can not call a manager. this is ridiculous, i told them to please cancel they told me i would have to pay R3000. hopeless service from mweb is this how you treat customers that have waited 2 month to have a fiber line installed, please who ever is reading this have a look at webafrica their prices are better as well.
