Useless Service.

Extremely poor service. I want to reactivate a domain but ive been on the phone for more than a hour and all that keeps on happening is Accounts tell me sales must do it, Sales say Tech must do it and tech says Accounts must do it. When I asked to speak to a manager or to get a managers number I wast told They are not allowed to put me through to a manager. and this after I've logged a query online and still no help. Useless service. I'm rather gonna move to afriHost.
