useless service and even worse customer support.

Sorry i cannot give zero stars.

emails lost from inbox and sent items. emails i send also not getting delivered.

tried calling them. if i start at caller number 16, that is where i stay, for a very long time, until i give up or they cut me off.

tried getting help on whatsapp. same circular list of suggestions with no help forthcoming.

insisted on speaking to a human agent. he was absolutely no help.

emailed them and was told to give 24 to 48 hours for response. then got an email saying the ticket is closed becasue it is not their problem!!!!

i see on facebook that many people are struggling with this. got to do with their email migration.

what am i meant to do?
