Useless service

Please never use Mweb as they are useless. i have been trying a month to sort out my fibre and they can not get it sorted. Everytime you must wait like 40 minutes on the line to speak to someone and then the lines cut of. they will never phone you back and try sort out your problem you need to follow up with them all the time. If i could give them a null i would but the sytem doesnt allow me to give them a null rating.
