USELESS SERVICE

I moved from Telkom to MWEB biggest mistake i have ever made. opened an account on a 20mb/s line and asked to be upgraded to 100mb/s line its now been a month and still waiting. we have 200mb/s available in our area now MWEB are saying OPENSERVE say we don't have 100mb/s available in my area which is absolutely Bull**** . no one can give me an answer as to what is happening, i keep calling the call centre and they keep saying we have escalated this matter to OPENSERVE. so if you have escalated this matter why cant you get answers !!!!!!! absolutely not good enough you guys are useless !!!!!!!!!!! It says on your website estimated time to upgrade is up to 14 days what a joke
