useless serves provider

They are getting worse by the day I have had problems with my e/mails, they told me it is blocked and I have to change my password. That I did and sent them the new one. But it is still blocked. You can not get them on the phone I spent R75 on a call to them and am still holding on. I have had good serves from them before, but they are getting useless.I am looking for a better serves provider.
