Useless sales

Called sales 3 times phone got put down in my ear every time would not recommend calling them as you will come no where with them and this is from a customer that wants to upgrade a line I dont get how you hire people that will drop the call in your ear and its not airtime that is finished as I called them from a land line you guys really need to have some kind of Sales training please for god sake!!!!!!!
