Useless or no service

Contacted MWeb via email about not being able to sign up for Mweb Talk. I tried the website, but it is so full of errors, that it is a complete waste of time.<br> <br> I sent the first email on Wed 28 Jan. Did not get a reply. Sent another email on Friday, and still no reply. Just the standard useless email about having received the email.<br> <br> MWeb has no clue about customer service. Communication and literacy of people working there is absolutely pathetic.
