Their service is extremely bad, since yesterday from 14h10 I hung on for an agent, by 18h00 no-one came back to me! I have started a new chat at 8h30 this morning, as I write this review at 13h24 I'm still holding on for an agent! All I want is for them to activate my services! This is ridiculous!
