Useless Mweb they cut you off early because they say you haven’t paid if you didn’t get an invoice you can’t pay. I sent them a copy of my payment and they still cut me off and these idiots don’t work on a Saturday they’re always on holiday I hung on for

I never got an invoice from these idiots and when I contacted them, they sent me on Wednesday an invoice which I tried to pay, but Pnet bank has three different net bank accounts. I obviously chose the wrong one and only saw on Thursday morning that it didn’t go through and I redid it again again and it went through in the meantime they cut me off. They should’ve only cut me off at the end of December. that’s when my time with them expires. I hung on trying to talk to somebody through the app for over an hour with no success. These idiots don’t work on a Saturday so you can’t do anything I’ve sent two emails with a copy of the payment and still no response or help. This is a total disgrace and a useless lot of idiots that run in Web. I’m forever having problems with them, but it is such a hassle to change your email address. Does anybody have suggestions for me?
