Useless MWEB STAY AWAY

So Mweb:

I should have rather used vodacom fiber as i had much better service from them as a internet provider, If they said 50 upload and 50 download it was actually Around 52 so u gain a bit with Mweb 20mbps you get 18mbps

so i have decided to upgrade my 10mb/2mb to 20/20 mweb is so useless that the took 3 weeks for something so simple

the first operator told me it takes 5 days, the second told me it takes 8 - 10 days and they blamed it on vumatel witch only does the installation and not the package upgrade the 3de guy told me that it takes 3 days and doesn't know why they take so long

so i did the upgrade on the 3de and received it on the 19th the day they invoice me so that's just a money making scheme from mweb as i have to pay more now than what i would have first package was R579 and the second is R980 and i have to pay R1100 this month

i just want to say mweb stay away from them they are useless and *****
