Useless Mweb service
Web used to provide technical help from polite, competent people but now their service is non existent. I have tries calling from my cell phone a number of times and held on for 15 to 20 minutes but you always remain no 2 in the queue. There app just directs you to the website where you can start a chat that also goes unanswered.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait on the phone for 15–20 minutes only to remain in the queue, and then find the chat goes unanswered. It’s especially disappointing when previous experiences with technical support were quick, polite, and helpful. Your concerns are valid, and we appreciate you taking the time to share them.
The feedback regarding delayed response times and limited accessibility has been escalated to the service quality team. If you still require assistance, please send us a direct message on Hello Peter with a brief description of the support you need, and the team will be able to help you promptly.
We are committed to improving the support experience for all customers and ensuring that concerns like yours are addressed efficiently.
Kind regards,

18 Mar 2026, 16:29 Hello Paul.Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to receive unwanted emails, especially ones that are attempting to trick you about your iCloud storage.
To help, our spam monitoring system has been updated and now learns from messages that customers move to their Junk folder. If you receive these spam emails, please move them to Junk rather than deleting them, as this helps the system improve detection and reduces similar messages in the future.
Additionally, if you entered your details on any suspicious websites linked in these emails, we strongly recommend changing your email password immediately to keep your account secure.
For a step-by-step guide on adjusting filters and improving spam management on your Mweb account, please follow this link: Mweb Email Spam & Filtering Guide
If you need further assistance, feel free to send us a private message with your account details via private message, and our team will walk you through the setup to block these emails effectively.
Kind regards,
The Mweb Team
