USELESS MWEB! Pathetic!

Moved house so need to move fibre. Frogfoot need to install but no contact. MWEB says they'll follow up in 72 hrs. after 72hrs i need to follow up with the reply...they'll follow up within 72hrs! USELESS!!!!!!
