Useless MWEB internet !!!

My internet has been down since last week .. in the news they reported that the internet Cable in the sea had been damaged , did we revived any communication about this ?? No !! My ISP is Telkom , when I contacted them they tell me I am a tried party and can it assist me with any query pertaining to this. I logged a query on Facebook no response !! You have a number that uses all my air time so I cannot call so how else do I get ahold of you ?? To sort my query out !! Please tell me what your plan B is ?? How much longer will I be without internet ?? Your outta incompetence has resorted me in logging this complaint .. I didn’t take the internet cos I am board with my life but it is a requirement! Should I not receive any communication or response , consider my subscription cancelled with you as I no longer want to make use of a useless company that cannot even communication a long persisting problem ?!!!
