USELESS MWEB!!

Extremely Poor Customer Service. I will not recommend any one to use them. We have given more than a months notice that we will be moving and would like to transfer our fiber to the new address. For the last week I have been phoning them daily to find out when a technician will come out and all they keep telling me is wait 24 hours for feedback. Now I'VE waited an entire week still with no proper answer. Then the call center agents have the audacity to tell me to be a little patient. I have been patient for a whole month!! They keep saying we will call you back. Sure when maybe next year Christmas?? I received a call yesterday 31 Oct to make an appointment for a tech to come out, I told them that the tech can come Friday 1 Nov, appointment was confirmed for 3 pm just for a NO SHOW!!!

Mweb is a horrible service provider!!
