Useless MWEB and vumatel

The agents are clueless and ****s and they promise a turnaround time where by they do not even fulfill what they promise it has been 7 days since paid my fibre line is not working and the only thing I did was to change from a 28 day voucher to a recurring data and now they keep telling me stories that my address where they installed is incorrect MWEB are ****s and have useless customer service agent that lie the last agent I spoke too was (kayln vanderspuy) she promised my issue would be resolved and yet here I am days later and I am unable to work
