Useless MWEB and their support staff

I ordered fibre via openserve via their free month campaign, firstly I never received the router as per my order and then secondly no free month, thirdly they take an average of 3 days to come back on their query response portal. I have been a client for over 10 years and this is is the worst service ever received.
