USELESS MWEB - AFTER SALES SERVICE - EVEN IN AN EMERGENCY!!!!!!!!!

I am of the Opinion that my Mweb Email Account has been hacked. I have been trying to get hold of Mweb in all possible ways... I phoned the Technical Department, which I was put on hold and was number 9 in the line... no one answers the phone and when they eventually do, the line gets cut off... hence we need to do the process again... I then lodged a query on the Mweb website, I was told to do on the voice over... but up until now, no one has returned any of my complaints...

My urgent query was lodged yesterday morning and it has now been 24 hours later... NO RESPONSE... NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT... NOTHING.... I do have a reference number as proof...

So with no response in the last 24 Hours and still of the opinion that my Mweb Email account was hacked (which is a very serious matter)... I tried to phone again...

This time around, I was number 29 in line, with the same old computer voice... blah-blah-blah in my ear...

I then tried phoning the Sales Department (out of pure frustration) seeing that I am an existing Customer for many years... and believe it or not... SECONDS LATER... THEY ANSWER THE PHONE.... BECAUSE THIS IS NEW BUSINESS...

When the person heard I was frustrated... and that it is NOT NEW BUSINESS... he conveniently transferred me in a few seconds, when he heard that the call was not new business related...

New Business - Response in seconds Urgent Existing Customer Query - 29th in Line with no Feedback and/or Communication whatsoever...

Pathetic... to say the least... Not a good reflection on Mweb whom I have been a Customer with for many many years...

It feels like a dead end with my hands cuffed...
