Useless MWEB.

The worst internet service provider and client service non existant. Have been trying to communicate with them for 3 months to make a small change to my account. Followed all the right paths, filled in forms, etc. They keep getting the very clear instructions wrong. Corrected their incorrect reponses to forms and emails, sent it numerous times and tried very hard not to have my email address disrupted. Yesterday after all the effort they cut off my email. 4 hours on the phone to them no solution no joy. If you so lucky to talk to someone they have to transfer you to another department. That happened 5 times. Today try call again. First guy again transfers me. Waited 1.30hr to talk to whoever and then he needs to transfer me again. I was running out of my sense of humour and patience and asked not to be transferred again it does not work. And then he hung up on me. Unfortunately need to access my email extremely urgent otherwise I would never be an mweb client again. This happened same way few years ago when I had to transfer the account to my name from my late husband. That effort left me without internet and email for almost 3 weeks. I am at my wits end now. Just shocked and moedeloos about the shocking service.
