Useless Mweb!

I Pay for 200 mbs/100mbs service, my speed went down to 49.6 and now 24 mbs! I called the technical service desk, after holding on for 18 mins I manage to speak to a Jason, explained my issue and then the line went dead! Utterly useless bunch!
