Useless Mweb

Mweb is terrible. Dont use them!! I am the manager at a Caltex site which has been using Mweb for 15 years. Due to full mailbox, I contacted mweb for assistance. I cannot answer there security questions as I have been the manager for 6 months and dont know the person who setup the account 15 years ago. (He is not been avaliable and has not worked at the site for 14 years) They are quick to take our debit order, but no-one is willing to assist us with our account. ABSOLUTELY USELESS to say the least. I even sent them a mail from the account in question to verify that it is ours with no HELP. Now they have cut our internet completely. How do we run a business trusting them to help us!!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM, THEY WILL DROP YOU WHEN YOU NEED HELP... I need to find a competant business internet solution. Dont use these guys
