Useless mweb
They just as bad as telkom Don't care about customer service They don't listen to what we have to say. It is frustrating that we got to wait almost 1 hour to talk to them and they just cut the call cause they did not like what I have to say. You dumbasss it is because of customers you have the job don't matter if the customer got 1 line or 10 We are still the customer and you are not the only F@# service provider out there. Yourll don't even have a back up for the router I was given 10 different models of ****les now I must waste my time trying to find 1. Mweb yourll will loose customers

Come on seriously guys we got to do things productive not sit 1 hour waiting to tell the problem then they tell you you in the wrong department wait we will transfer you. And when you get cut off.
Call back and wait another hour before you can get help
