useless mweb

I have been with mweb for a few months now. I was very happy until 3 weeks ago. Out of the blue I have no internet speed and no download speed my Netflix cant even load to the main menu and my download speed is at a maximum speed of 0.01kb/s or not downloading at all. why is my internet so slow. First mweb passes the buck and says its telkoms fault, I log the call and pay a callout fee because mweb is useless. At first I thought Telkom was bad but mweb takes the cake. who ever reads this stay away from mweb, they might answer your call faster the Telkom, but ***** up quicker. I will be cancelling and know I will pay for the next three months after cancelling, but I know its well worth it. Id rather pay another ISP that can handle a 2 megabyte download.<br> Thank you mweb for your waste of time service and you know where you can get off
