Useless ISP

Right now, even a 1-star rating is too good. My fiber is dead since Monday morning 26 Jan. To log a fault is a nightmare. Live-chat logs you out after an hour and then you have to try again, obviously in the back of the queue, so no chance to get help. I then tried the phone number ***. After more than 1hour 30 minutes, I moved down in the queue from 35 to 1. And all they did was to confirm my fiber is down (LOS) and logged the fault with Lightstruck. This was Wednesday morning. Now 2 days later on Friday morning, nothing has happened. Fiber still down, cannot follow up with MWEB because Live chat is a joke and impossible to phone. What an absolute useless company. Stay away from them as an ISP.
