Useless ISP

I have been trying for two weeks to move my fibre product to my new address without success. MWEB totally botched the order and render Vumatel incapable of assigning the new line. MWEB is TOTALLY unwilling to assist to rectify their *********** handling of the transfer request. In the meanwhile I am paying for a service that is not rendered. I have spent 6 hours on the phone with Mweb over the last two weeks to try and sort this out. Don't waste your time and money with this useless services provider.
