Useless ISP

MWEB (Dimensiondata) *** SERVICE Since Dimensiondata bought Mweb our services went down the drain. My 1GB line constantly is half of where the bandwidth should be. Complaint after complaint. No effect. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Most probably the most useless IPS around now. They used to have a great call center now they worth nothing. Can't even call them after hours any longer coz they don't care. You know I have issues after hours. I pay over R1600 per month and I cant call because the 1GB line I should have is now 400mb... and I cant even watch youtube on 720p. You are *** Mweb/DimensionData.
